This annual event is a reenactment of Washington's 1776 Christmas Day crossing of the Delaware River to attack Hessian troops in Trenton, New Jersey.
This is event is a fundraiser, with vendors, presenters, and other activities, that serves as a fundraiser for the annual Christmas Day crossing.
Unfortunately, low water levels in the river made it impossible to put boats in the water.
